It's really a shame that the customer service is so awful because I actually really liked the haircut Nicole gave me. I went in with the groupon, I just wanted a simple cut, which shouldn't have taken longer than an hour. I was there for 2 and a half hours. I had to sit and wait about half of the time because she was working on someone else. I understand when you're getting color done it's easy to juggle more than one person but for a haircut? But I brushed it off because I liked the cut. I decided to try to go back and make an appointment. I texted the her and I finally got a reply 24 hours later. With 3 days of back and forth I decided it wasn't worth the hassle. A small salon like this should have great customer service but beware that they do not.
