  • To any customers looking to try this furniture store STOP while your still ahead ! My husband and I had so many problems with their furnture and that's putting it mildly. We recently purchashed a home in Henderson so we had to furnish the entire house from top to bottom. We were told that there aren't many furniture stores to go to in Henderon or Vegas so we went to RCW. We had to return several pieces of furniture from the very start because they were damaged. Then we had to wait weeks before we could get some pieces that were sent to us ruined back to us. After that wait again weeks for more furniture to again be delieved ruined for a second and third time. Finally we just cancelled many pieces because of the terrible quality and poor quality control. Plus wait weeks to have out credit card credited. The manger apologized and told us they would only be able to send us a fifty dollar gift card for the inconveince. Seriously.... after we had so many issues and after spending thousands and thousands of dollars in your store. This is the way your treated at RCW. As if they were doing us some huge favor. They did us no favors but they did cause us plenty of aggravation! The only reason I would give them one star is for the salesman Joe that helped us. It's not his fault RCW has no quality control and for the most part poor quality furniture. The only thing I would go back for might be some pictures for the walls. How can they mess that up? Other than that I wouldn't buy any furiture from this place ever again! Run and run fast from this store! Save yourself the huge headaches. Believe us it's so not worth the problems. Move on to a store with quality that cares about what your purchasing.
