We only made it about 6 weeks. The people seemed nice enough but I know my son was not being taken care of. In his first week, he fell on a toy and bruised his cheek, which happens, he's a toddler. But they showed me the surveillance camera of it and he laid there for a good while before anyone attended to him. I know the state ratio is 2:13 but that is too many when your child is constantly getting hurt and bitten.
He also got HFM which kept him out for a week, which we still had to pay for. We tried to make it work and give them the benefit of the doubt, but in the end, we had gotten a call each day of his last week about a biting or another incident and I could no longer pay them to keep my child safe because it obviously wasn't happening. I wish it had worked out better for us.
