  • To whom it may concern, Good morning and happy Monday! I hate to start the week out like this but I really do hope that this may actually mend the customer's experience. I prefer not to complain, I would rather suck it up and move on to the next store but this one in particular I did not have a good experience. My friend and I came into your store on a Sunday and it was pretty empty, we started walking around (not once did we get greeted), and went to the sections we knew we needed to pick up a couple things. We continued walking around the same section, looking at the new material and picking up what we knew we came for. I counted 3 employees that simply watched us as we walked around, never offering to help or asking how we were doing. When we did need help, I found two of the employees talking about how long they had to work and what time they were getting off. I politely asked their opinion on which $30 lip gloss they would suggest, one scoffed and the other simply said, "the extreme". Needless to say, every single employee I came in contact with was less than pleasant. When we finally made it over to the hair care section, we needed help. We were looking for a texturizing powder but only found one, I walked around and looked for an employee to help but no one was to be found. So we walked around looking for another 10 minutes and still, no one came to our rescue. We finally grabbed an employee that was leaving for the day (she had her purse) and asked her where we could find another texture powder. We found what we needed and headed to the check out. I rang up a bill of $107 and my friend rang up a bill of nearly $400. Maybe if I had more assistance and your employees had been a little more pleasant, I would have spent more. All I am saying is that if you have customers coming in and spending $100 to $600 in your store, your employees should be a top of the line. Not one time did anyone ask how we were doing, not one time were we asked if we needed help, not one time did I see a single employee smile, and not one time did I feel welcome in your store. This was my first time in this particular store but the friend I was with has been in your store a lot and said that this is the same customer service she receives every time she is there. I truly hope this helps improve your customer experience. Warmest Regards, A Concerned Customer Store we visited: 236 S Sharon Amity Rd, Charlotte, NC 28211
