  • Terrible experience - don't waste your money here. I should have known something was wrong when the girl on the phone wouldn't give me directions. When I asked for directions, what exit, she told me to use Mapquest. I specifically reserved a deep tissue massage & the more expensive facial. Neither were worth half the money. The massage was not at all deep-it was very superficial. Total waste of money. The facial was so-so, but I asked for a focus on extraction and ended up finishing the job at home myself, minimal effort was made. Then the manager called me two days later asking about my experience, and when I told her all this she kept trying to make excuses for why it was not their fault. She would not give me any refund or reimbursement, or even any amount of credit to try them again. She was also condescending.
