  • I've been disappointed in the customer service I have received at this store - I've visited a couple of times. My most recent visit was the worst. I was in to return a few unused items I had purchased for Christmas crafts. After reading on the wall "no hassle returns" I was disappointed in the service I received which was anything but friendly or pleasant. While the cashier was completing the he return, she twice mumbled under her breadth about the hassle of holiday returns. When she completed the return, I said thank you. I received no pleasantries in reply. I'm sorry, but if you work in this type of job, you have to be able to do this work work less Bah Humbug!
