  • ZERO STARS..Horrible service. I could have done a better job with a rug doctor. Nothing was cleaned. Looks like nothing but water was used. Horrible streaks of dirt made on the carpet. As soon as the price of 500 was mentioned I should have escorted them out of my house. My first mind was to call back Coit, and I should have listened to it. Carpet is still clearly dirty. STAY AWAY. WASTE OF TIME and MONEY!
