  • I experienced none of the negative issues some of these other reviews have. My 'white midnight' cupcake was delicious. The cake itself was slightly sweet, moist, and chocolaty. I pulled apart the cake with both a fork and my fingers and it was the ideal consistency. No crumbs! The icing was definitely a buttercream, with no hint of gummy vegetable shortening, with a sweetness that wasn't cloyingly sweet. If I had one criticism, it's that the cupcake had too much icing. I thought the quality was high, the taste and texture was right on target. I'd pick this over the dry, overly hyped, overly sized Sprinkles any day.
