  • The name "Urgent' bothers me. They do not seem to take anything urgently. We are in the middle of flu season, and when other doctors offices are closed, one would think that they would have more than one doctor or nurse that could see you. I was there for over an hour and a half and the doctor was in my room for less than 5 minutes and gave me the prescription before she finished asking me any questions...why did I have to wait? The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful, which was great when I was not feeling well.
