  • I have been following Baker Siu on instagram for awhile and was so excited that he was finally able to open up his own bakery. The selling point is definitely cute decorations, low sugar, and Asian flavours. It's a great selling point for those who live in Scarborough/Markham area. His macarons were a bit steep for my liking ($30 for 9), but I guess it is justified for the hardwork that goes into decorating them. My favourite one is definitely the HK milk tea, but others were nothing really that special. I have also tried the Raspberry tart, 3:15 cake and the diamond cake. Both were pretty good and flavourful, but I didn't think it was anything too special. Will definitely return once in a while for a special treat.
