  • So as an update about these crooks. Before I left the shop with my car, Jim Robbins signed a statement confirming they would refund my money and promised to call me the next day to do that because the crooked owner Mike was not around to "enter the code". Of course they never called me. I called twice, was given the same crap both times - "Mike is not in and he will call you when he does get in". No call of course. I called this morning, spoke with the crook Jim Robbins who now says that they will not refund my money because they offered to fix the car. When I explained that I would not trust these incompetents to work on my skate board, Jim got nasty and said they would not refund my money. Fortunately I paid with a credit card and can stop the payment that way. Also filing complaint with the DMV and the AAA. STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS - THEY NEED TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! So the owner finally comes out of hiding with a bunch of double speak. I have a signed statement saying my money will be refunded. Instead, Mike wants me to bring the car back to they can make it worse. Refund my money and you will be done with me. And by the way, you never told me the fan clutch is bad, that is a lie.
