  • I went in to this Big O Tires to get an alignment. The person at the counter claims I needed new inner tie rods, and quoted me about $600 for parts and labor. I went to another mechanic at another company and they gave me a quote to fix my tie rods for less than half that price. The mechanic at the other company looked at my tie rods and stated I didn't need inner tie rods after all. I paid about $120 to have them adjusted, and have had no problems. I'm glad unlike Big O Tires, I actually had an honest mechanic fix my car. Big O Tires gave me an incorrect diagnosis and tried to rip me off. I will never do business with Big O Tires ever again, thanks to this negative experience.
