  • I wish to make your readers aware of my experience with Desert Valley Audio Video who just completed a superb upgrade and expansion of our entire custom home entertainment system which includes a 70" HD TV, Blu-ray DVD, Cassette Tape, VCR, CD player, surround sound in our media center, and additional speakers throughout the home and patio area. All the components were built-in when we constructed our home 14 years ago, so designing a new system within those parameters was very challenging requiring some reconfiguration of our walls and speaker locations. We carefully searched and interviewed a number of companies in the area for several weeks before selecting Desert Valley. We have been enjoying the new system for two weeks now, and could not be more pleased. The quality of the components they selected, and the very knowledgeable & professional technicians who did the installation exceeded our every expectation. The work was performed precisely as scheduled, with the technician who did the installation and the owner of the business both personally following up to assure our complete satisfaction. A five star rating isn't high enough to describe how pleased we are. LM
