  • I went in and asked for long layers. All she did was trimmed my hair and charged me $48. I didn't say anything at the time because of how it was blow dried, I couldn't really tell the layers weren't there. Also had my eyebrows waxed. The first time I went they waxed a bit much in the center towards one eyebrow so now they aren't even. So I was growing out that hair for 2 years. I gave them another shot since it was a different girl doing the eyebrows. I told her I'm growing out these hairs and please don't wax those. And she did anyways even after confirming with me "ok I won't touch these hairs". Again, didn't notice right away since my eyebrows were bright red all over and it was difficult to see if those hairs were still there. It just sucks you spend so much money on service and results that aren't what I expected. I still haven't found a salon in arizona that I like or that listens to what I want. Giving them 3 stars because I have had one stylist there who made my hair look amazing once before.
