| - This is quite possibly the worst post office in Toronto. The staff are abysmal, and incredibly rude. No matter how frequent a customer you are, when picking up packages, they will not say 'hi' or 'have a nice day' back to you. They never smile, and their tone of voice is always accusatory and downright rude. In addition, they never seem to be able to locate your package in the backroom. I like to support family businesses, especially in my neighbourhood, but this is a textbook case of how not to run a store that is open to the public. Oh, and you're not allowed to talk your cell phone in the store or they will reprimand you. Probably the most infuriating thing is that if there is a long line for parcel pickup, only one of the two people working there will help serve ppl, while the other just sits there on the stool and watches you. The two people who run this place are old and grumpy. My advice to them is, if you don't want to deal with customers, DO NOT run a business. If at all possible get Canada Post to re-route your packages so you don't have to deal with these incompetent a@#hats.
