  • The store was pretty full when I walked in, which gave me time to walk around and check out the different mattresses. John was handling a lot of different questions from customers, but still managed to ask me how he could help. I told him what I was looking for, and after a few options gave me a deal on the perfect mattress. The whole process was simple and fast. John has a very easy way of connecting with customers. Even though he was the only salesman on the floor, he made time for all his customers. He listened and delivered. Everything was delivered on time as promised. Very happy with my experience.
