  • Horrible service! The staff had bad attitudes as if we were inconveniencing them. Breakfast was not included as advertised. We ordered room service and was told it would be ready in half an hour, 45mins went by and we called to check on our food, we were informed they were "backed up" and it wouldn't be ready for another hour. We then went downstairs to Networks for breakfast and the service sucked there too. The only thing great about this hotel was that it's located directly across from the convention center.
