  • I would give this place 0 stars, but it won't let you. Carrie Janeal has got to be the worst agent I have ever dealt with. I couldn't tell you how her communication via phone was since she doesn't take calls or return them either. It is 2016 so texting is great, but when you give all your personal information to a company, you would think a call to discuss any information found would be great. Nope. Not Carrie... She will text you results, no information... Very unprofessional. Although the front office girls were nice and helpful, they have a very unprofessional agent who represents their company. I rather not rent, nor would I recommend anyone leave their homes in the care of rpm east valley.
