| - As much as I wanted to love the chicken here, it's only alright. To be honest, Wow chicken in Chinatown is more reminiscent of Korean fried chicken. We got the couple combo which was ten pieces, fries, radish and two cans of pop. We ordered half and half crispy and garlic soy, which was an additional one dollar. The total about $30. The wait was about 15 minutes, not too bad considering it's freshly made to order. Upon first glance, it's looks pretty good. The fries are a mix of regular fries, onion rings, yam fries and two mushrooms. Pleasantly surprised with the variety. The crispy chicken is ok, nothing spectacular, the white meat is on the dry side; dark meat is good. Both white and dark meat of the garlic soy were moist and tender. I found the garlic soy on the sweet side; almost cloying. Is the chicken double fried? Doesn't really taste like it.
