  • Stay far away from this company!! I have been a customer for over a year, asked for 2 bottles of water per delivery cycle which is 4 bottles per month. The delivery person started leaving 4 bottles every two weeks so I was being charged for 8 bottles per month. I called customer service numerous times, was told they would fix it but they never did. I was being left more water than I could possibly use and they were over charging my credit card every month. The customer service reps are rude and not helpful at all. If you sign up for this service, be prepared for problems, headaches, rude customer service and for them to alter your service request as they please to steal your money
