  • The table service is always excellent here; however, I ordered the scallops again and asked them to brown them well on the outside as in pan-sear them. When they came to the table however there was no brown, they appeared baked. I sent them back yet upon return they were no "browner" just more baked and now rubbery in texture with the bread sticks on the plate that were once crisp now moist and bent ( it seemed that they just stuck the whole plate back in the oven). Not what I expected from a restaurant of this caliber. I left it at that - disappointed - even though I had specified from the start how I wished them prepared. I won't be ordering the scallops here again.
