  • This "carrier" company (and I used that term very very lightly) is the worst I've ever encountered, and I have packages shipped from China sometimes. I have Amazon Prime shipping items that were set to deliver on 5/26/16 according to Amazon. Amazon posted the tracking for OnTrac to my account so I began to monitor my package, as this would be the 3rd time Amazon used OnTrac for my delivery service. (background, OnTrac has yet to deliver a package to me without some type of Amazon intervention or me personally calling them basically giving them directions to my home). Below is the breakdown of what occurred: DATA ENTRY May 26 2016 5:37AM PHOENIX PACKAGE RECEIVED AT FACILITY May 26 2016 8:48AM PHOENIX REDELIVER ON NEXT BUSINESS DAY May 26 2016 9:24PM CORPORATE PACKAGE RECEIVED AT FACILITY May 31 2016 7:25AM PHOENIX STAGED FOR DELIVERY May 31 2016 6:24PM PHOENIX So basically what I have gathered is they received the package, attempted Delivery but didn't document it, scheduled it to be redelivered then nothing for 5 days and then magically the package was again received at facility. How the hell do you receive a package twice?? Now it's "Staged for delivery"? What does that mean? It's put on a truck and just sits there till a driver shows up? It's put in a pile and the driver just throws boxes into the truck as he feels like it? Or because I live in the North Valley (way north), no body wants to drive up here so it sits till they have another package remotely close to me?? This company is by far the worst. I have already called Amazon put in complaints each time and I have finally had OnTrac removed from my account as an available shipper. Amazon has had to refund or reissue every item that OnTrac has had their hands on with me. Typically I'll get the item but the last time I received a Refund, and the item NEVER made it to me. I called Amazon and the item was never shipped back to their warehouse. But the package was marked delivered by OnTrac. I truly believe these drivers keep these boxes and resell them. DO NOT USE!!!
