  • we were using this place until we found out that the owner of this cleaner also owns a few Flair cleaners, one on Farm & Cimmaron who totally ruined a pair of my husband's pants & when I say ruined, I mean torn apart. when I asked the woman behind the counter about them, she tried to tell me they were brought in that way & they WERE NOT torn when they were taken there. It wasn't a small tear, the whole crotch & up one leg was torn, I think I would've noticed before I took them if they were torn that bad!!! She was very uncaring & just kinda schrug her shoulders like to say, oh well. So, we started going to Palm cleaners & found out, it's the same owner. So, I left my name & phone number with the manager to give to the owner so I could talk to him about it. To this day I have yet to get a call & it's been weeks. Since they don't care ANYTHING about their cusatomers, I shall go to any other cleaners that's NOT PALM or FLAIR!!!!
