  • CN is believe-N The CN Tower is this giant stick with a restaurant stuck on top in downtown Toronto. The point of this ridiculous contraption was to be the tallest structure in the world. It is no longer the tallest structure but it remains to be a wonderful place for tourists and locals alike to take in a view of the city. We were told that it would not be possible to have dinner on the night that we came. Tip: make reservations. After Girl A told us that we couldn't have dinner we went to Girl B. Girl B let us reserve 9 oclock. At 8 oclock we rode the elevator up to the restaurant. The elevator moves fast. Your ears will plug and pop. The floor and walls are glass so you can look down and see the ground moving further and further away from you, or look to the front and see the same thing but in a less scary view. The level below the restaurant has a cafe, which is slightly less expensive than the restaurant, and a viewing platform. There are pay-telescopes littered around the edges as well as a glass portion of floor so you can see below. At about 845 we were seated in the 360 restaurant. Mind you, our reservations were for 9. There are two ways to reach the top: pay 20 dollars for the privilege of riding the elevator, or pay about 50 dollars for dinner. Steps to go up to the top and pay nothing: 1) Reserve a spot at the restaurant 2) Ride the elevator 3) Ask if you can look around before eating 4) Leave after looking around
