  • If I could give zero stars I would. This company sold me the wrong size unit for my home ( I was actually told this buy one of their own employees that they had just hired from another company). So now my A/C unit has to run 24 hours a day to keep up with the size of the house. They capped an old water line that went to an evaporative cooler and used no sealant so after two months I had to rip down the entire ceiling upstairs and replace it at my own cost. They put the return vent in wrong and now it doesn't fit any standard size filter so I had to have one custom made. They didn't take the time to use PVC glue when they installed the drain pipe coming from the A/C unit so it blew off in a dust storm and I had to crawl on the roof of my two story home and fix it myself. This is by far the worst A/C company in the Valley. Buyer beware!!! I have since had other construction companies and GC's tell me that they would never use Cool Ace because they do this type of work constantly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
