  • I'm not really sure why this lounge gets so many rave reviews. We were there for breakfast and the food on offer was just ok. The Peet's coffee cappuccino machine was good though. The space itself was large but a little shopworn. Bits of food and trash were strewn around the floor and on the tatty furniture. The men's bathroom was small and had piles of trash in the bins spilling over onto the floor. It too appeared a little old and worn out. I understand the facility gets a lot of use 24/7 but if the company wants to uphold its brand image they should improve conditions there. Staff not very personable and just efficient enough to get the job done. Giving it three stars but should be more like 2 1/2.
