  • I visited Pawsitive Foods today after reading the rave reviews online. Julie was super nice and helped me select a new food after reading me a comparison of the ingredients. She fully explained the frequent buyer program for that brand and even provided me some addt'l samples in another flavor, just in case. She then carried the big bag of food to my car (without me asking) as my hands were full (I had my 10 yr old great dane with me). Such wonderful customer service. I will most definitely be returning and will spread the word :o) p.s. Puck says '4 paws up' to the Fromm's Gold Senior. He's already down for a nap.
