  • Called to request for a remote key to be made and programmed. Seemed unprofessional from the start but I proceeded. I explained my issue and the guy gave me a quote but then when he arrived he told me that I had told him something different and the price went up. Which I suppose it's fine but it was annoying the way he said I had told him I bought a key for him to program- because I definitely didn't tell him that. Lol At 3:30 he told me it would take ten min or so. At 5:00, both of us dripping sweat and me fighting tears he told me he was missing some sort of chip or somethingfor my specific key model and asked if he could run and grab it and come back or meet back up tomorrow. It was either a serious off day for him or I even wondered if he was just covering for someone since they have pretty good Yelp reviews.
