  • I am give this two stars strictly because they don't stick to their warranty. I should go one star but we have had good luck with other things prior to this. We bought a table that expands with a built in leaf. When we opened it for the first time we found that the wood was chipped. They sent out a professional and he noted that there was no possible way the leaf could hit that spot. However, the customer service manager called me and said just the opposite and blamed us for the small chip. We didn't do it, I know that for a fact. After spending a lot of money at that store and still adding furniture as we save up the money, I will never buy from Walkers again. They have good deals and you will probably be ok if you get a couch or recliner, but I wouldn't count on it. The sales lady told me that when you buy stuff on sale that you should have it delivered as soon as possible, or you will get the junk that is broken in the warehouse . When I said, well it is warranty right, she said yes but her body language said otherwise. Moral of the story, they don't have a warranty no matter what they say and they lost a customer for life.
