  • This place was my very first car purchase from a lot & I regret ever coming here. I wasn't able to make the scheduled down payment arrangement & these ppl wouldn't work with me to give me my car back or my $1,000 back less than a month after the payment was due. They kept my money & wouldn't allow me to pay the standard repossession fees or the cost to be current with fees included with the excuse of me being "high risk". These are cold hearted ppl with only interest of themselves. Awful experience as a first time car lot buyer, wouldn't even provide me with a real shot of owning the car & took everything I had. Not to mention this was all on my bday. Terrible, inconsiderate customer experience. I feel discriminated against & bullied.
