  • A clownish company with a well deserved, embarrassing reputation. They simply do not care. For whatever reasons, they have failed to pick up the trash at this apartment complex for 9 days. They came by last Monday to deliver their new trash cans by tossing them off the back of the truck.... but never returned for their Tuesday and Friday pick ups. I called on Friday and spoke with a nice person named Jamal in North Carolina. He found no reason for the service disruption and scheduled a pick up for yesterday. Of course, they never showed. Neighbors are all frustrated, having to double bag the smelly trash that is overflowing from the trash cans. Whenever they do come, there is more trash on the ground than in the truck when they leave and trash cans are carelessly thrown all over the place.
