  • Alexia is the "genius" that helped me. Let's just say every question I had she attempted to confuse me because she didn't know the answer. I could tell she was frustrated but instead of just saying she didnt know, she would give condescending answers. I hate that I came to this store for help about my iPhone 5 camera not working and not getting an answer at all. Horrible customer service. Bad representation of Apple.
