My wife and I went into Ford Country to look for a new SUV. We had a wonderful experience as far as buying. George with the hat was very nice and helpful. If this review was just the sales experience it would be 5 stars. My issues started the minute I drove the car off the lot. The first night my wife was super excited to check out all the features on her new car. We went into the garage to start it up and... NOTHING. They sold us a car with a dead cell battery. That is something that should have been checked and taken care of before they sold it. When buying we notice that the door was missing a plastic cover. They told us they would have it Monday November 27th. They did not get the piece and fix it until Friday December 8th. As I am writing this, I am waiting for discount tire to call me so I can go pick up the car because we had to buy a new tire. The 2016 explorer we bought had a tire that had already been repaired once and the repair was leaking. I gave them a car with brand new tires and got one with a lame duck for a tire. As I said to start, the sales experience was amazing. I guess once they have your money the level of care drops exponentially.
