  • Moved in to Belle Espirit 6 months ago. Definitely, had some concerns when I saw the property was not well kept, but I loved the townhouse and it is in my kids school zone. I attended my first HOA meeting with lots of false promises made. This is an awesome, small community and could be an awesome highly desired community if it was kept up!!! VERY disappointed with Pinnacle.
