  • I arrived excited with my friend for an oil change and an car wash (which I upgraded). We both arrived at the same time, with her car getting serviced 15 minutes before mine. My friend and attendants ensured in an hour, the cars would be all good and ready. However, after being gone an hour, my car still had not been washed, while hers ws done and waiting for her. Again, we pulled in at the same time. Then I had to ask the men, if I could pull my own car through the wash now, as the line was now very long to wash cars. I waited an additional 30 minutes, as they took my car to the "end" of the wash line. All in all it took almost two hours to change my oil and wash my car:( 30 of those minutes I attempted to stay patient as I waited now, outside for my car, and late returning to meet my landlord.
