  • The UPS store (#5040) at 3116 South Mill Avenue, Tempe is the absolute BEST. I had a somewhat unusual and difficult shipment for which I needed pickup, packing and shipping. When I called three different shippers in the area (including one other UPS store), and told them what I needed, their response was that it would be difficult and complicated and offered no help or solutions. When I called the UPS store on 3116 South Mill Avenue, Natalie answered and immediately responded "we can do that" without any problem, and she and they did. They did exactly as they promised - they drove 30 miles each way to pick-up the items that I needed to be shipped, brought them back to the store, packed them beautifully, and had them shipped and delivered exactly as promised. They provided me with daily or twice daily updates, so that I would know that they were on top of everything. Not only did they do all of this, but the price they charged was less than half of what the other shippers in Tempe and Scottsdale quoted. If you have items to ship, especially ones that are dear to your heart, the only people to use are Natalie and her boss Pete.
