  • We've been here twice now. Our first visit was very pleasant and accommodating so we decided to come back for a 3D ultrasound. Our second visit, and most likely will be our last one, wasn't as good as our first. First, the pictures taken at 3D were very poor. Images are very distorted and not very clear. I wasn't expecting much since at 25 weeks, the baby is not really developed yet to even look cute, but let's be honest - $75 for 6 print outs of low quality images is too much. Oh, and let's not forget about the DVD included. When we went, the lady forgot to record my experience and burned the wrong one to my DVD. So I had to go back the following week for another re-scan, where I had to wait for about an hour in the lobby, because 3 other people were ahead of me. I kept being told that I'm next but every time the technician comes out she calls out another one, even the lady that just came in. I just don't understand. It's already inconvenient to come back for the third time, and to wait for that long when it was their fault to begin with I had to come back for a re-scan. If I had known I'd be treated like a last priority, I would have just left and come back another day and set up an appointment. Very unprofessional. Seriously, I'm gonna take my business somewhere else. I don't mind paying for the money for a good quality service.
