After purchasing an AR here (several months ago) we came back to use our free 2 hours of range time. Well, that wasn't the way the girl at the counter viewed that...she viewed it as 1 hour for both my wife and myself which would add up to 2 hours, which was not the understanding we had with our salesman when we purchased the AR. Started on a sour note but in we went.
It felt like we were under constant "holier than thou" supervision in the range. We had three, yes three range officers (dressed in their tactical garb...I mean really...I get you might make a sale because some sucker likes that and sees it, but does a safety person really need all that?) hovering behind us in our lane, talking amongst themselves.
This apparently was the gift that keeps on giving as well. We were asked to give them a credit card while we were in our lanes. Why I have no idea because we had the free time and only had a $1 target that we owed them for. I reluctantly and stupidly gave them my CC. Three hours after leaving we get a call from my CC company that I had suspicious charges of $300 in Mesa for Paradise Bakery and Baskins ice cream. My CC got jacked here. What a pain.
There's plenty of other ranges that treat you better and don't leave hours of work after you leave.
