  • Rick totally wasted my times - multiple times. I called and made an appointment and scheduled myself to be available - he no showed no called. I called him half hour after he was supposed to be here and he said he had forgotten. Rick then said he would come later in the day - he didn't. I called again to see when he could come and he said he needed to check his schedule and would call me back in a half hour - he didn't. I made two other calls and they went right to voice-mail. For shits and giggles, I called 5 seconds after my last call and *69'd my call to block my number so he couldn't see it was me; guess what, he picked up. Again, Rick just totally wasted my time with this unprofessional runaround and delayed the fixing of my issue just that much more. 07-09-2014 All of the aforementioned is accurate and you never bothered to apologize and that's just a lie most likely to cover your tracks years later. I'm always insulted by half-hearted half-truthed apologies that really aren't apologies at all even more than the original faux pas.
