  • This is my first purchase from The Place. I have found them to be fair, honest, and professional. I spoke to Donnarea several times. She educated me on all aspects of hot tub mechanics. I checked around on prices and they were very fair. My biggest concern was about service. I have checked the reviews and they came out A+. My tub was delivered by Nathan and Paul. They explained all the features and the operation of the tub. They came at the time they said they would. And cleaned up all the packing materials. I would highly recommend The Place and wouldn't hesitate do business with them again.
