I don't like writing bad reviews -but I've had enough. This Hot Bagels location has the rudest employees that I have ever come across. I went on a Saturday afternoon around 2PM for some bagels. The sign on the door said they were open until 4. I normally go to the Hot Bagels on 59th and the 101, but I was passing by and thought, I'll give them one more try...BIG MISTAKE.
I walked through the front door and all the chairs were on the tables and they were putting things away, weird since they were open for another 2 hours. I went up to the counter and noticed the bagel bins were empty. When I asked if they had anymore bagels, the employee looked at me, rolled her eyes and sighed "of course we do". When I asked for chocolate chip bagels, she sighed and rolled her eyes again and said, we are out of those. When I asked her what they had left, she said she didn't know - but she knew she didn't have those. My response? Sorry I tried to give you business. I will never set foot in your store again.
