  • Future customers beware! This is the most unprofessional cleaning service we have ever experienced... We used them once and cancelled the service. To begin with, though the agent who came to do the cleaning was really very nice, the service itself fell far short of our baseline expectations for 'clean'. To make things worse, we had a very similar experience to the other disappointed reviewers in that the customer service, or lack thereof, in reference to the owners was terrible. When we voiced our complaints by email (the only way they allow you to communicate with the company), it took over a day for any response. When we did hear back there was zero empathy for the issue at hand, included an arrogant tone and they let us know they were intentionally holding our house key until we paid their paypal invoice (which was sent via cell phone and the link didn't work). This is the first time we have ever posted a negative review on Yelp but we feel compelled to help others avoid the same situation. If you are entrusting any business with your house and valuables make sure you meet the owners in person, research their legitimacy and check references!
