  • Ok I really love the coffee bean. I have even wrote a good review for a different location. But! This location has some issues. First off the customer service is pretty poor. I have been here twice and both times the girl behind the counter had literally zero customer service. She just seems like she has no time to deal with questions from someone that doesnt know exactly what they want. I dont like feeling like I am bothering her because I'm not a coffee expert. Also this last time I was there a guy was working this time and once again... zero customer service skills. He would ask what I wanted and when I started to order my drink he would say "wait" like I was ordering for a team of people and I was just asking for whipped cream. Ok so maybe it was his first week but I'm pretty sure that they teach even the new employees to wash out the blender before you put a new drink in it to blend. Gross!
