  • Excellent quality seafood, better much better than Stations or Rio. I went midweek so not their gormet the version they serve on weekends. Negative Cowboy steak was tough and fatty. The prime rib was much better. Note some of you may not like the rare cut of beef. The dry rub ribs were great. I didn't try pork, chicken, sausage as Ibwas indulging in seafood. Pho broth very sweet. Should be simpler and allows consumer to add hosin. Also basil wasn't available and had to ask for it. Positive Seafood was awsome. Shrimp were not the small tasteless peel your own variety. They were cleaned and more like U20. The cold Mussles , clams, and snow crab legs were very good. The hot varied was even better. Never tasted misled like this before. It was great. Also on the plus I only came across 1 clam with a broken shell and another barely opened. RRMEMBER don't eat those, especially ones which haven't opened. This is a sign the mollusk was bad. They have Indian food and fresh naan. The shrimp and grits was fantastic. I would have preferred halibut over salmon in the fish tacos but they were good as well. I can imagine how good it could have been with Copper River Salmon. Bottomless drinks were good and plentiful I recommend the Rum Punch. The selection of desserts was excellent. Desserts were more plentiful with greater variety and quality than Rio of years ago. All in all a very good buffet. The one I hold in highest is at the M. I'll get a review of that out shortly.
