  • I walked into this Verizon at 2:15 p.m. and it was fairly busy, so I thought I would look at the available phones, as I am search of a possible upgrade. Employees weren't marked very clearly, I thought some of them were customers. So ... after assuming the store was so busy, it turns out several of them were actually just standing around talking to each other. I tried to catch their attention, but they kept giving the "I'm busy!" look. I finally stopped one guy who was in a rush to walk past me. He didn't ask if I needed anything, so I asked him if they made commission at this store, he said yes, hourly and commission.... I told him that I would take my business somewhere else then. He walked away unconcerned, and I walked out of the store at 2:45.
