  • We were charged wrong at this location. We went back to get it fixed they charged us twice. We decided to turn it off all together and use the USPS, which was half the price btw. It's now almost a month later and the charges are coming back. We never used FedEx services. When I called to get the credit back I was put through to corporate. I was transferred 6 times with no resolution. I've decided to dispute with my cc company instead. I don't recommend FedEx or this location. If you have a problem and need resolution you won't get it.
