  • came into Joann Fabrics to help my mom find a cone thread holder for her sewing room. we already had tried to find it at Hobby Lobby but they discontinued it and no longer sell them. coming in I found it hard to find assistance and employees simply rude. being some what in a hurry we went in search for an employee. I didn't find any at first except ones cutting fabric which I didn't want to bother. so I go on to find someone else, spotting someone towards the back wall cleaning... I felt relief. I go onto call her saying excuse me, she clearly hears and starts to walk away I raise my voice saying hello ? approaching her I look at her asking you work here right ? she don't answer but instead asking what do you need ? whoa this lady is simply being rude I go on to describe what my mom is looking for she takes me straight to it and places the item in my hands. and before I can thank her she walks off. wow some customer service... as we were checking out we seen the same lady leaving, everyone saying goodbye to Sharee. Just because your about to get off or having a bad day is no excuse to treat people rudely.
