I decided to try this place out after calling around looking for groomers since we gave up on the poor services delivered by Petsmart.
Over the phone I spoke with Monica explaining we have a timid mouthy puppy that could possibly need to be muzzled.
He seemed to be on a good track to socialization from his classes until we had him boarded for a week, and took 5 steps back from liking people.
Anyway Monica did not seem the least bit phased with my concerns. She mentioned there were other dogs that were all friendly and they only muzzle if it is absolutely necessary. I explained it was my dream for him to play with other dogs and people without any stress.
So when we get there, just as I expected, barking, anxiety, and a stressed out puppy. But before I left he was relaxing hesitantly amongst the workers.
The shop itself was small but extremely neat and kept up. I especially liked being able to see over the 5 foot wall where all of the care takes place.
I was pleasantly surprised with a follow up call that our puppy's bath went well, and he was in the kennel drying.
Upon arrival my mind was blown to see our little guy just being a puppy amongst 5 other dogs! At this point I could have cared less if he was clean, because he looked so happy in what would have been world war 3 before this experience. But again to my surprise he was actually dry (a major problem for us in the past) and smelled like top shelf shampoo!
I cannot boast enough about this place. Reasonable pricing and I am happy to say our baby will return to "hang out" with his new friends for just 10 bucks all day!
This will probably be my only 5 star review, but hopefully not!! Good customer service is NOT dead people. This place is the proof!
