  • Waited 6 weeks for an appointment. No one EVER answers the phone. Appt was for 2:30, I was told to arrive at 2, or face a late fee. The waiting room was noisy and crowded, and I was not called until 3:15. Hearing test, now go sit in the ridiculously crowded and noisy waiting room for 45 MORE MINUTES. This place SUCKS. I won't be back.
