  • I'm a fan for the downtown location. Most of the time I do not have an issue using this location. If I am with a client I have gotten priority for the line-up which I appreciate greatly. But my last visit with a client almost was a disaster. I had to become very firm and advocate hard for my client because we had been told to bring in a piece of mail from home. He only had junk mail because his bills get sent to my office, hence the agency's address on the mail!! Finally I disclosed my client's medical health issue and she finally accepted his piece of mail so we could proceed with renewing his very expired OHIP card.
